Services

At ADK Hifi we work with our customers to determine the most cost effective way to repair their amplified products. We will not simply replace things that are not part of the problem, as that would result in higher services charges that were not needed to make the equipment function properly. We require a $40 deposit to diagnose the problem you are having with your equipment. This $40 deposit is non-refundable even if no problem is found with your product, or if you choose to not have it serviced at this time. The deposit will be applied towards the repair once the repair estimate is accepted.


Repair Service

Non-Warranty Repair (All Models): (Estimates for repair are typically $75 to $150) If you do not have a receipt, or your product is older than the warranty period specifies in your manual, then you will need to pay for your repair. To obtain a repair order number, please fill out our “Repair Order Form", and fax it to (888) 826-4536. No fax? You can also send the repair order form as an email attachment to service@adkhifi.com. Be sure to include your full contact info, product type, serial #, and reason for the repair order. Our customer support staff will contact you within 24 hours to give you a repair order number, shipping information, and answer any questions you may have regarding the process.

Warranty Repair: For warranty service, you must have a copy of your original receipt of purchase. To obtain a repair order number, please fill out our “Repair Order Form", and fax it to (888) 826-4536 along with your receipt of purchase. No fax? You can also send the repair order form as an email attachment to service@adkhifi.com. Be sure to include your full contact info, product type, serial #, and reason for the repair order. Our customer support staff will contact you within 24 hours to give you a repair order number, shipping information, and answer any questions you may have regarding the repair process. Bear in mind that most electronic repairs (crossovers, amplifiers, powered subwoofer amps, and controllers) are only covered for 1 year unless otherwise stated in your warranty agreement. If you do not have a receipt of purchase, you will have to use the non-warranty repair process.

Important: Do not ship a product for service without a repair order number. It will "NOT" be accepted, and ADK HIFI will not be held responsible for loss or damage.
