Repair Request
At ADK Hifi we work with our customers to determine the most cost effective way to repair their electronic products. We will not simply replace things that are not part of the problem, as that would result in higher service charges that were not needed to make the equipment function properly.
We require a $75 bench fee in advance ($125 for Mixing Consoles and Keyboards) to diagnose the problem you are having with your equipment.
The bench fee will be applied towards your repair once the repair estimate is accepted. Be sure to fill out the correct form below.
Non-Warranty Repair (All Models): (Typical repairs fall between $95 and $175) If you do not have a receipt, or your product is older than the warranty period specifies in your manual, then you will need to pay for your repair. Warranty Repair: For warranty service, you must have a copy of your original receipt of purchase. If you do not have a receipt of purchase, you will have to use the non-warranty repair process. To obtain a warranty repair order number, please click the link below:
